Even if you are clear where you want to go, like a sat-nav without a clear location of where you are, a destination is impossible, instead sending you round in circles going nowhere. We will establish a clear cut strategy for you to follow.

Building momentum

This week is all about creating action and building on this until we start to generate real results.The more results you get the more action you will want to take. We follow our strategy and will set our bar high. We bridge the gap between our current and new bar with massive action.

Removing roadblocks

Action is stopped by the roadblocks of excuses and limiting beliefs. The only way to deliver consistent daily action is to challenge our mindset and to challenge our belief system. When these have cleared there is nothing stopping us from achieving success.

Consistent action & permanent change

We discuss how to build discipline and understand that motivation comes and goes but discipline stays with us every single day. Permanent change only comes with building discipline and discipline is not easy to build or master. We will grill you and mould you into students of discipline.

No, we train all sorts of ages, abilities and fitness levels. There is no excuse not to join.

Yes it will. The live coaching calls are the most important part of the coaching programme. Do whatever you can to ensure you come to every single one. Monday’s 18:30 & Wednesday’s 19:30.

 Yes, without doing this you will not get results. MFP will build a clear awareness of your eating habits and how to change them.

No, you will not get any results if you have this mindset. You must complete all the programme content and come to all the live coaching sessions.
